The European Breeding Bird Atlas 2 (EBBA2) is currently in the middle of the data collection process and consequently there are no final results at this early stage of the project.

The final results will be published in a book and will be also available on-line by 2020.

However, if you are interested in how the scientific results will look like, there are two types of interesting maps already available. On one side there are the expected maps, based on simulations that attempt to show how the final maps will look like.

On the other hand, there are the first pilot maps  which have been generated from already incomplete but real data collected during the first two breeding seasons of the project (2013-2014).

We have produced a special on-line tool to visualise the EBBA2 maps, the EBBA2 map viewer, so far only with information from the pilot data provision.
