Site Description
The site includes Mount Pelineo. It is dominated by scrub and contains four small wetlands.

Habitats: Artificial landscapes (5%, Arable land; Other urban and industrial areas), Forest (15%, Native coniferous woodland), Shrubland (90%, Sclerophyllous scrub, garrigue and maquis)

Land use: agriculture (80%), not utilised (5%), tourism/recreation (5%), urban/industrial/transport (5%)

Conservation issues
The trapping of passerines during autumn migration, particularly with lime, is a serious threat. Part of the area is a candidate SAC.
